The Transmontana locomotive, produced in Craiova, provides traction from the Arctic Circle to the highest stations in the Carpathian Mountains and through the warm plains of Romania.

On Friday, January 31, at the Ferencváros depot in Budapest, Sebastian Ghiță, Commercial Director of Softronic, officially handed over the first of two Transmontana locomotives ordered by CER Cargo Holding during the InnoTrans 2024 trade fair in Berlin.
