Celebrating Success Together
The 25th-anniversary milestone was marked by a special event, attended by employees and partners. The festive atmosphere was enriched by inspirational speeches, highlighting the company’s achievements and future plans.
Ion Girniță, one of Softronic’s associates, recalled the company’s early days, starting with just five employees, and its remarkable growth into a team of over 500 people.
“We have built electric trains that operate successfully in Romania, Scandinavia, and other countries. This is a moment of pride and gratitude for all the hard work we have put in,” he emphasized, encouraging the next generation to confidently take over the legacy.
“These 25 years have brought us great satisfaction and many achievements. It has been a tremendous effort, built on intelligence, creativity, and a great deal of hard work. My advice to parents is to prepare their children for work and inspire them to be diligent. We are the past, and we must prepare to pass the baton to the new generations. They must have the opportunity to develop and fulfill their ideals, just as we have done over these 25 years,” added Mr. Girniță.
“It has been a year full of challenges, which we have overcome through joint efforts. We are proud of our team and the positive impact we have on the railway industry,” said Sebastian Ghiță, Commercial Director.
